See below: Very mild stenosis and spondylosis (arthritis) can be considered "mild degenerative changes". The grade 1 slippage (spondylolisthesis) may be very subtle. The bottom line is that radiologists that read the mris can differ in their wording. What's most important is that you have your spine evaluated by a spine specialist (physiatrist or anesthesia pain doc) to make sure you're okay.
