Not sure: Creatinine kinase, muscle fraction, can be released after a muscle or bone injury. If your ribs were injured you may have bruising in that area, and if the right side of your body was injured, that is close to the liver. Liver enzymes are released whenever the liver is damaged. Not sure what this has to do with your bladder. Imaging and follow-up studies will help to define.
