Please see your GP: Any lesion of that kind deserves further consideration, leading to proper diagnosis and treatment. There must be a need for observation of the lesion, swab for culture of microorganisms, cell typification, dna studies, etc. Please do not wait to take care of the problem, since delaying diagnosis may change treatment options.
