Healthy winter food.: Healthy winter food is the same as healthy spring food, healthy summer food and healthy autumn food. Granted, fruits and vegetables may be generally less available in the winter, but outside of that healthy choices are the same year round. No need to eat that heavy "sticks-to-your-ribs" food in the winter.
