Fall? See doc or ER: If you hit your head during a fall or were hit in the head, we would look at your age, medications like blood thinners you are taking, the mechanism of injury and whether or not you lost consciousness to determine the risk to your brain. The skull can withstand a lot of force, but the brain can "slosh" around if there is rapid deceleration for instance. See your pmd or go to er for a check up.
