LARC: Depends on when you want to have your next child. We recommend spacing out pregnancies by 1.5 years to ensure pregnancy health. I always recommend larc (long acting reversible contraception) which includes the iud (intrauterine device, hormonal or non-hormonal) and the implant (hormonal). These methods all last at least 3 years and can be removed anytime. Almost as reliable as sterilization.
