I'm 30 years had a csection with my 1st who is 4 months now. ive never used contraceptives b4 and ive had a regular menstrual cycle all my life. i want to know which birth control is more effective as i dont want another baby anytime soon?

Meet with your doc: The selection of what BC is best for you will depend on a review of your personal & family history, personal needs and the choices available. If you want to avoid weight gain a copper IUD may meet the need since it has no hormones involved. However. this is pricey & painful to place, so you may desire another form. Contact your doc & have a discussion of your needs/options.
