i am 12 days late and married, i am not on any form of birth control or using any contraceptives but i do sometimes have irregular periods my last two months have been normal what should i do?

Home pregnancy test: The home pregnancy tests available at the drug store are extremely reliable. If fact, often times when you go to a small clinic for an "official" test, they use something very similar (if not the same thing). This is where you should start. If it's positive then you need to establish care with a local obstetrician who can manage your care during and after the pregnancy.
