Home pregnancy test: The home pregnancy tests available at the drug store are extremely reliable. If fact, often times when you go to a small clinic for an "official" test, they use something very similar (if not the same thing).
This is where you should start. If it's positive then you need to establish care with a local obstetrician who can manage your care during and after the pregnancy.
