A member asked:

Can streching help grow taller at 14 for girls. i look at the wiki how and they say it can help grow taller. and eating calcium can help grow tall too?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really...: There is usually some growth in girls at age 14 years. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase the final height. Stand up straight!
