Pain: This type of pain, when it coincides with menstrual cycle can be a normal part of your anatomy/physiology. However, it can also be a sign of endometriosis, or other chronic pain syndromes of young reproductive aged women. See a doctor and get an exam. There is treatment for this type of chronic cyclical pain. Good luck!

Needs evaluation: The full answer to your question is that your symptoms need an evaluation by a doctor to give you the right answer for you. Left lower abdominal pain with radiation to the leg could have many causes. If the pain is always related to your cycles, it could be pain that starts with ovulation, or related to an ovarian cyst, or endometriosis. Other conditions are also possible. Good luck.
