Gynecologist: I trust that you are being followed by a gynecologist as pelvic pathology seems to be ongoing. The radiation of pain into your thigh is characteristic of some pelvic inflammation, congestion or pressure. Have your gynecologist reexamine you and order any necessary imaging studies or else seek another opinion.
