Used stool occult test. constipated both times. i only used very small amount of stool (golf ball or less) to test from. will that effect results?

Yes: Occult blood test requires a smear of stool only. Constipation if causing tissue scratching can make it positive and certain chemicals like vitamin c can cause false + test.
