Can you ovulate twice a month? healthy cycles and healthy eater. and can i induce ovulation when hopes of getting pregnant?

No: You cannot ovulate twice in the same cycle under normal hormonal conditions. Yes you can induce ovulation, but not with food or dietary/lifestyle changes. In order to induce ovualtion, you need to be under the care of a physician who provides you the medications to provoke an ovulation. Hope that helps!
