Wait for menses: A clear sticky vaginal discharge is not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. It may be normal mucous from the cervix. The cervical mucous changes throughout the menstrual cycle and often becomes thinner around ovulation. The best sign of pregnancy is missing your menstrual period, along with fatigue, breast tenderness, and possibly nausea.
