Keep trying: It can take up to a year to get pregnant.Unfortunately anxiety about it can make things more difficult. Relax, as this is very normal.I know it is hard!Having sex at least every 2-3 days is important.Make sure you are taking folic acid now to help with your future pregnancy.Exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet.If after a year you are not successful both you and your partner should be checked.
