Patience: We do not consider it to be a problem until you've had regular, unprotected intercourse for a year. The ovulation predictor kits are available over the counter and are useful for predicting your most fertile time. You may also notice that around the time of ovulation your cervical mucus becomes more profuse and like egg whites.

Keep trying: It can take up to a year to get pregnant.Unfortunately anxiety about it can make things more difficult. Relax, as this is very normal.I know it is hard!Having sex at least every 2-3 days is important.Make sure you are taking folic acid now to help with your future pregnancy.Exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet.If after a year you are not successful both you and your partner should be checked.
