Probable PLMD: You are probably suffering from periodic limb movement disorder. However, that is often caused by sleep apnea. You should see a sleep specialist and have an overnight polysomnogram to evaluate both conditions. It can also occur without sleep apnea. Best wishes for a happy holiday season.
