Neuroma: Tingling between the 2nd and 3rd toes sounds typical of a neuroma or nerve entrapment beteen the metatarsals and digits. When you have a forefoot imbalance, and beding forward, putting pressure on the forefoot will cause irritation and compression of the nerve, and the tingling symptoms. A precription orthtoic would help greatly to balance the forefoot and take pressure off the nerve.
