does provigil raise your blood pressure? i have high blood pressure. is it meant to take it once a week as needed? sleep doc mentioned this medication

Provigil: Provigil is used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness and works for about 12 hours. So you would take it usually when you get up each day. It is unlikely to significantly raise your blood pressure; quite rarely it could raise it a little and your blood pressure meds may be adjusted.
