Very good & curable: What kind of testicular cance- seminoma vs non seminoma? How is the ldh? Afp?B-hcg? Any spreading to other organ besides lymph nodes? What therapy did you get? Those are important questions.Prognosis of testicular cancer is very good and curable even in the setting of lymph nodes involvement- providing that you did get the right treatment off course. See your oncologist and discuss all in detail.

Still quite good: If this is currently being managed..Ie surgery, chemotherapy, then it is still a good prognosis. Remember that lance arstrong had cancer that spread to his brain and other organs and of course has no current evidence of this.

Still good.: In testicular cancer, 95% patients are cured if treated right. This seems like stage ii. Depending on whether it is a seminoma or not, it would get inguinal orchiectomy followed by radiation therapy or lymph node dissection. Salvage therapy can rescue 25% of those not cured by primary therapy.
