Esophagus cancer: Para-esophageal or peri gastric lymph nodes, celiac ln, para tracheal or supraclavicular ln.

Regional and distant: Esophageal cancer can go to any number of lymph node basins. Important is whether they lymph node are adjacent to the tumor, or distant. Regional lymph node spread may be treatable with a combination of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.
