I know the dangers of chantix, would it be okay to take chantix with lithium and paxil (paroxetine)?

You don't list: What condition(s) is/are being treated with the lithium ; paxil (paroxetine). Having personally witnessed some very strong negative side effects to Chantix in patients with mood disorders - i would recommend against it. There are other doctors on healthtap however, who strongly advocate for Chantix use.
