Getting over a cold/flu. i blew my nose and my right ear is now plugged up and it won't go away. it's very uncomfortable. anything i can do?

You have a # of: Options. You can take an oral decongestant to decrease swelling ; to allow the ear to equilibrate pressure. You can use a product like afrin (oxymetazoline) to shrink some of the swelling (don't use more than 3 days). You can also use a netti pot. Take care.
