Need medical advice for severe toe and calf pain at night?

Cramp: If you are referring to cramps in the calf and feet at night there are many causes, one of which is being female. Very common in females, not in men, probably hormonal. Other reasons, electrolyte imbalance, overuse, poor shoes. Common treatment- stand on a cold floor.

Calf pain: Agreed , but there could be a vascular component as well. See your podiatrist for an evaluation . If needed a referral to a vascular doc can be done.
