See below: It sounds like you overdid it. Rest for away and it shoud improve. If not you may want to see doctor to be evaluated for stress fractures in your foot, etc.

Rest: God gave us a brain so we didn't have to outrun the dinosaurs. All runners eventually have foot, knee, ankle, hip or back problems. Rest, lower your milage, make sure you shoes are good, stretch and take it easy.
