Gluten enteropathy?: People with celiac disease can have joint pain from gluten in their diet. There are blood tests that are very helpful in reaching a preliminary diagnosis. An endoscopic intestinal biopsy usually confirms the diagnosis. A gluten free diet can relieve these symptoms, but gluten is ubiquitous, so this is a difficult diet to stick with, so you want to make sure you really have the problem.
