Have lower back pain. cant stand up straight. struggle bending over. thought it was muscles pain/stiffness but had back rubbed out and no muscle ache. any suggestions?

Regular exercise should help. , Start exercising, begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect. You may take paracetamol for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Wish you good health!
