Encourage you: to see your doctor to determine if there is a medical cause for your symptoms. If you get a clean bill of health - consider working with a good therapist to help you dig out of this slump. If you do have a medical issue - it should be corrected. If you have clinical depression that is often addressed with antidpressant medication. Take care.
