I am experiencing decreased energy level, fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation. i think i can be causing i causing to have a catabolic effect on my body is that possible from not eating correctly while working?

Possibly: Not eating correctly and not getting adequate rest can produce these symptoms, but I am also concerned that you're depressed. If so, do not try to fight through it without help from a psychiatrist. You may want to see your physician first for evaluation and advice.
