A member asked:

I need to know if there is a machine that can oxygenate blood and if so what's it called?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There is: It is called a "blood oxygenator" and is used routinely in any operation in which the heart has to be disconnected or some bypass of the lungs is required. It has been around for many years and works well.
