Yes: How urgent it is to call depends on how much bleeding. If it is a lot of bleeding, call your doctor and discuss stopping blood thinners and see a urologist. Bleeding can be due to structural defects or infection. However, depending on your condition, there may be a low or high risk with stopping blood thinners.
