Depends on severity: A mild tendon strain could take only 2-3 weeks with rest and modifiying activity level. A partial tear of tendon could take 4-6 weeks for healing. Another possibility is plantar fasciitis which may requrie on-going treatment and could take up to 6 months. See a podiatrist.

At least 4-6 weeks: But you should evaluated by a podiatrist to make sure there is not a tear or rupture.
