Depends: What are your goals: improving conditioning? Losing weight? Redistribution of your body contours? How to do this depends upon the goal and what equipment is available. If you are at a gym, there are usually employees who can help put together a training program. Always work your way up slowly, and work through stiffness but never through pain. Good luck.
