No: The FluMist is a weakened but living combination of several flu strains. You can acquire the living FluMist germs and have a reaction to them, the same as you would if you had received the vaccine directly. You will not get the stronger wild flu strains from that product.

See below: Normal healthy individual with intact immune system does not get infected by vaccine strain which is attenuated. If you are known to be immunocompromized, you may need to see infectious disease specialist.
