Not meth mouth: If you notice that your mouth is starting to feel more dry, or you need to drink more water or liquids, then you need to augment your home care with a daily Fluoride rinse, may be twice a day. You might be able to use an over the counter rinse, such as act or fluorigard, or you might need a stronger prescription rinse. Discuss with your dentist.
