It is a sign that...: One needs to do the confirmatory test (the urine screen is only a screening test and the results need to be confirmed). Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is metabolized to (converted to) amphetamine in one's body, which will be detected by drug screens if the level is high enough. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is not metabolized to methamphetamine, which means that if meth is confirmed, it came from something else and not from Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
