I accidentally took a 60 mg vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and i have never taken one before. i have to take either a 12 or 15 panel urine test and possibly a mouth swab. how long before i can pass these?

Accidentally? Hmmm.: The effects on your body may be gone in 24 hours, but your urine screen for amphetamines (AMPH) may be positive for 3-5 days at least. It depends on your size, health, metabolism, renal function, etc. Some unlucky folks have positive screens a week after a single dose. AMPH raise blood pressure & heart rate; they also interact with alcohol & many drugs. Not the best drug to divert at age 43.
