Balanced diet: Eating a whole grain plant based diet is the most beneficial for most people, animal protein in the form of some beef, chicken, fish is also healthy. More fresh fruits and vegetables. In general I am not a bog fan of dairy or gluten these days. Avoid sodas, processed foods, fast foods.....White flour and sugary foods.
