A member asked:

Is sleeping for 14hrs straight a symptom of 'jet lag' ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Jet lag -> fatigue: Sleeping 14 hours is likely simple exhaustion and sleep deprivation. Although a few days of "jet lag" can surely cause both! jet lag more typically causes tiredness, sometimes headache, nausea, poor focus, and that frustrating "can't fall asleep at bedtime / am wide awake at 4am" feeling. Hopefully a good sleep has started to reset your bio-clock!
