Relief from stress: Stress headaches are caused by worrying over a specific event or situation. Consider the phrase "tight deadline". Just hearing those words feels stressful, doesn't it? Looking at how we approach our life can change how we think and feel. Stress and stress headaches are greatly diminished when our perspective including our thoughts and feelings about life changes.
