Could be, plus...: Headaches at work could very well be stress, often from either muscle tension in the neck, head, or jaw clenching and teeth grinding. Depending on what you do, could be chemical exposure, like copy toner or cleaner. If you're skipping meals could be low blood sugar. Or just good old fashioned eye strain from reading small print and multiple documents.

Possibly!!: In your case, the most common culprits could be stress and/or posture. You may want to start with addressing posture as addressing stress might not be practical or easy. You can find tips on posture on http://www.Osha.Gov/sltc/etools/computerworkstations/positions.Html also, try to take short breaks every 30-40 minutes for about 2 minutes where you stop doing your work and stretch your body.
