Neck Pain: As a spine surgeon I'm concerned about possible cervical spine issues, even in young people. Is there any rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune disease in your family? Obviously, your symptoms could be related to sinusitis, but I have seen more serious conditions present with your same list of complaints. Your family doctor can order the needed tests to help diagnose you.
