Who's having trouble: Is your brother having trouble dealing with it, or are you having trouble watching your brother? Your brother needs to acknowledge his condition, and work with his diabetes team to achieve the best control he can, while still living a good life. You need to support him and encourage him. Sometimes people need counseling to help deal with this.
