Can i take klonopin. 5 mg total of 1.5 through out the say and one 5/325 percacet in morning and steroids twice we daily.. i had type 2 diabetes but lost over 100 lbs and steroids are raising my blood sugar to about 190 2 hours after eating..normal?

Not clear why you are taking these meds, and the steroids would raise your blood sugar. The mix of Klonopin and narcotics could be risky, in view of the combination creating potential apnea. This whole treatment program requires a far closer re-evaluation by those doctors who know you best.
