Let it heal first..: If your muscle is injured, give it a chance to heal before working it too much which may further injurying it causing more problems. Gentle stretching/range of motion is advised, warm massage, rest, motrin/aleve for few days to allow healing. Then resume activities slowly to minimize injruy. If you have severe symptoms, consult your doc...Good luck.
