I pulled muscles in upper back doing weight training. what should i do to heal them?

Rest, water: Rest them, get a massage, and drink plenty of water. Typically muscles should heal within a week if you do those things. Not improving....See your doctor.

First: rest: You should lay off any activities that cause discomfort until you feel better. You can use a med like Motrin or Aleve or tylenol (acetaminophen). U can use ice or alternate ice and heat. If it is getting worse or not improving with rest then you should see a doc to get checked out.
