Can you tell me if you have aids/hiv can you still create/have a baby?

Yes, but get treated: A person with HIV can conceive and have a child. There is risk of transmitting the infection to the baby, however, the risk can be minimized greatly with proper treatment. If you have HIV and planning to be pregnant, i would urge you to see your doctor and get treated asap.
