Living with HIV: In today's world, hardly anyone gets aids any more. The medical treatment, even in africa and india, has advanced so significantly that most HIV infected humans stay healthy and are thriving and do not get immune destruction and aids. Aids is the result of a destruction of the immune system caused by the HIV virus.
