Many causes:: Could be a temporary nerve impingement producing tingling upon pressure release, change in position, removal of tight shoes, etc. However, a neuropathy resulting from things like diabetes could also be causing this. If symptoms persist, see your physician.

Tingling: This is a neurological sign - it may be transient and it may not be . See your neurologist if the symptoms persist
