Instructions: If you're seeing a qualified orthodontic specialist they should have given you written instructions. Take 1 200mg advil (ibuprofen) every 4 hrs with food or liquids, . Rinse 3x/day w 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water, spit out. Put orthodontic wax onto "stickers." dab orabase-b onto sore spots. Keep mouth immaculately clean. Eat soft high-protein diet. Call your orthodontist for more suggestions.
