High arches: If they aren't hurting you or causing problems then do nothing. The surgery for this would be classified as gee whiz - type because it is very very involved . Speak to your podiatrist and get a first hand description of what that entails.

COMPLEX: Surgery for cavus feet is varied and frequently complex, especially in an adult. It should be reserved for really painful feet, when orthoses and shoe modifications have failed. To paraphrase Dr. Dwyer, an expert on cavus feet; "The least amount of surgery, the better."
